Closed Full Time- Services and maintaining computer related equipment such as printers, projectors, web cameras, and scanners
- Deliver prepared training to users at site for new equipment and software
- Ability to travel to remote sites as needed (Scheduled or on demand)
- Installation of PC Hardware
- Check and maintain computer hardware such as mouse and keyboards.
- Develop and maintain local networks
- Ensure security and privacy of Networks and computer systems.
- Assist in and plan training, development and education for new software and hardware
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain records/ logs of spares and fixes
- Maintain expenses
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
- Ability to work off hours if needed
