- Conducts systems analysis, and business process improvement documentation and support activities to improve on and adopt new and current partnerships;
- Helps enterprise business team to manage and test new processes, including liaison with internal and external parties responsible for resolving faults;
- Identifies EBU customer needs and opportunities working in collaboration with enterprise business teams;
- Analyses and assess partnership opportunities through constant scanning of the environment and regular mapping of new and innovative value-added services based on trends and customer needs;
- Continuously analyses Competitive Landscape of partners, their priorities and characterization of their relationships/partnerships;
- Develops partnerships with external organizations that can provide services to and for enterprise business customers in implementing project activities, monitoring project implementation and reporting, training internal staff, research, and analysis;
- Identifies new opportunities in the enterprise business landscape based on partner-specific intelligence and partner/client needs;
- Analyses key development and sectorial policies currently being discussed and implemented in the telecom space and working with partners willing to support these policies;
- Drafts and revises agreements with partners. Monitor overall implementation of agreements;
- Works with IT, Legal, Networks, Marketing and Billing /activations teams on launching new and innovative solutions for customers with partners from conceptualization stage to contract, implementation and launch stage.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Economics or related field;
- Grade 12 Certificate (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
- Minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in ICT partnerships management in a FMSG;
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, and Power Point;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Customer Value Management;
- Knowledge of consumer behaviour and market dynamics;
- Understanding of market research principles;
- Understanding of mobile technology as well as national and global trends;
- Understanding of the factors impacting consumer demand;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality of all work-related issues and information.
