Positions: Field Sales Executive– Preferably Copper belt resident

Main Purpose of Job and objective:

• To achieve profitable revenue growth through the development of long-term customer relationships to enable high levels of retention and acquisition of new business.
• Job Requirements
• Interact with customers in order to establish market information specific to them.
• Observe local market trends and relates impacts upon their customers.
• To identify, pursue and close potential new business, ensuring that opportunities are maximized upon in order to facilitate the achievement of current and long-term profit and revenue plans.
• Staying current with the new marketing trends by reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks to help increase awareness of the company’s products
• Acquire, manage and maintain client relations, ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications/Experience:



• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or better in Business Administration or Sales Marketing.
• Computer literacy with good command of written and spoken English, Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Two (2) years’ experience.
• Excellent creative thinking skills to help the brand stand out from the crowd Organizational awareness (structure, products and services).
• Knowledge of our products will be an added advantage
• Must be Aggressive, Target driven and ability to work under pressure
• Must have a clean Driving license
