Our client, a leading FMCG, manufacturing and distribution company is looking to hire a Human Resources Supervisor who will take charge of all human resource programs and employee related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting departmental managers to address requirements in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, and vetting new staff.
  • Arranging onboarding sessions with all new hires and refresher training workshops for existing employees.
  • Process and keep records of all HR paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Conduct regular awareness sessions with employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Manage the payroll process and handle any queries and disputes that may arise.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in the Manufacturing or FMCG sector.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a multi-cultural and faced paced work environment.
  • Should have an excellent working knowledge of Payroll tools and MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Should have a proactive approach to work and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Must be systematic and have a result-oriented personality, with a strong moral and ethical code.
