Job Title: Art Director

Reports To: Creative Director

Summary:

The Art Director is responsible for the overall visual direction of a project, from concept to execution. They work with a team of designers, photographers, and illustrators to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for marketing materials
• Work with copywriters to develop integrated marketing communications plans
• Develop and create compelling digital campaigns
• Manage and mentor junior designers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Present creative work to clients and stakeholders
• Any other duties that may be required within your role

Expected Skills

• A keen eye for detail
• A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• The ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A passion for design and a commitment to excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (graphic design, advertising, or a related field)
• 4+ years of experience in advertising or a related field
• Strong portfolio of creative work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
