Description

This announcement is a request for proposals (RFP) by the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) on behalf of the Breakthrough ACTION project. The selected Vendor will conduct a household survey on factors associated with malaria prevention and treatment behaviors in Zambia. The Vendor will work with Breakthrough ACTION, the National Malaria Elimination Centre (NMEC), and local community authorities to conduct the survey. Data collection will run from April to May 2024 in four or ten provinces (number TBD).

Eligible bidders must be a registered enterprise in Zambia. Bidders should submit a technical and financial proposal in English, following the specifications in the full Request for Proposals (available at https://bit.ly/z-rfp-2023).

The period to ask questions will close on August 10, 2023. Bidders may email their questions to breakthroughaction.zm@gmail.com with “RFP Question – Malaria Behavior Survey” in the subject line. Responses to the questions will be posted for all bidders to see at https://bit.ly/z-rfp-q by August 17, 2023.

Proposals are due by August 25, 2023, at 11:59pm Zambia time by email to breakthroughaction.zm@gmail.com with “RFP Zambia Malaria Behavior Survey Bid” as the subject in the email submission.

Awarding of all or a portion of this scope of work is contingent on available funds. The contract will be a fixed-cost contract.
