POSITION: SECURITY GUARD x (2)

Purpose of Job In this role the candidate will be responsible for securing company and private assets and ensuring that there is adequate guarding services of all company property.

Key duties

• Safeguard company property
• Fraud, theft, palfrey detection and reporting
• Report writing and Filing of the occurrence book
• Accountability for security gadgets
• Working with external security companies
• Sale & fitment service support
• Performs any duties related to the objective of the job as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Education, Competencies and Experience

• Grade Twelve (12) full Certificate
• Security work or related work experience of at least 2 years.
• Minimum Six (6) months security training
• Work experience in Zambia Army, Zambia Police and Other Security Wings is an advantage
• Ability to read and write good English
• Ability to speak and communicate well in English
• Must have a high sense of vigilance displayed

Farm Supervisor X 2

POSITION: Farm Supervisor in Agriculture x1

We are searching for a farm supervisor with good business sense to join our team. The farm Supervisor’s responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring crop and preparing reports.

To be successful as a farm supervisor, you be detail-oriented but also keep the bigger picture in mind. Outstanding candidates are keen problem solvers who are focused on efficiency and take a hands-on approach to management.

Farm Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervising workers at the farm on operation that include planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.
• Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
• Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
• Perform any other duty as delegated by the Farm manager

Farm Supervisor Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.
• Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended.
• Management experience would be a plus.

• The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Must be computer literate

POSITION: Farm Supervisor in Civil Engineer x1

• Farm Supervisor Requirements
• Diploma in Civil engineering – Min 1 year experience in farm buildings.
• Supervision of all farm civil works
• Book keeping, day to day reporting,
• English speaking must etc
• Driver’s or motorbike license will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Accommodation on farm (sharing)
