Highlights of Qualifications:

Strong experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice

Deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishes

Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment

Ability to manage numerous tasks, assign responsibilities and display high patience

Ability to uphold amicable working relationship with team members, staff, and management

Good communication skills

Self motivated

Achieved basic food hygiene certificate

Positive attitude

Required experience

1 Year work experience with traceable references

Grade 12 certificate

General Hospitality or Food production Certification from a recognized institution.
